Sex : Sex is relative to the experience, for sure. That being said. She could be pregnant, even if that is the only time you have had sex though you would not know for at least a week or more. Timing is everything of course. Check a pregnancy test. Get one wth two tests and rest in 2-3 weeks if negative. Hot flashes are another thing almost entirely. Though not completely understood how they occur it appears hot flashes are related to changes in the level of hormones particularly estrogen. More than during menopause, when we take birth control pills, have excessive stresses, good and bad (thus sex or "sex"), pregnancy and other medication related side-effects--hot flashes are always possible. Unless they persist and evolve it is unlikely to be of significant concern.
