Pseudo pregnancy: Every so often it happens that women display symptoms of pregnancy, e.g., morning sickness, while pregnancy tests are negative. This is called pseudo pregnancy. A therapist may be able to tell, whether a desire to become pregnant, while not being able to, plays a role.
