I : I am assuming that it was nasal cartilage that you had pierced based on the categories that you chose. Unfortunately you did not indicate if it was through the septum or the lateral portion of the noes. Either way it may be an infection. If it was through the septum then you may have caused a septal hematoma. Both of these problems need immediate attention. Because cartilage does not have a good blood supply and very little repairative capability, any damage can lead to a permanent deformity. Seek care from your physician as soon as possible tomorrow morning.
