Becasue : Becasue your nipples were grafted, there is no definite connection between your nipples and your milk ducts. What you are seeing probably represents a blocked milk duct. Tell your OB about this. Drainage may be required, or a papilloma may be present which needs to be excised.

Since : Since your nipples were re-grafted after the breast reduction you will not be able to breast feed. Some breast soreness is common with pregnancy but you should have your doctor look at you and make sure you are normal. Best wishes dr. Peterson.

If : If you actually had your nipple/areola placed on as a graft at the time of your breast reduction, it is likely that you will be unable to nurse normally. The fact that your breasts are somewhat tender however, is quite normal with any woman in pregnancy even without prior breast surgery. This early in your pregnancy there shouldn't be much milk production yet. It is difficult to know just what is going on without an examination. You should plan a visit with your obstetrician to assess your condition and make recommendations.
