Hello. : Hello. Your abdominal pain may be do your constipation. As stool backs up in your colon, it can become distended and uncomfortable. The lump in your vagina sounds like a possible rectocoele. It can occur when there is weakness the area between the rectum and vagina. As a rectocoele enlarges it can interfere with the process of passing stool. Small rectoceles may not be very problematic. You don't need emergency evaluation. However, if it becoming symptomatic you should be evaluated. Rectocoeles sometimes require surgical repair.
