Spasmodic : Spasmodic dysphonia shouldn't affect your ability to have rhinoplasty. The main issue is to make sure that your overall health is good enough to undergo anesthesia for the procedure.

You : You can have a rhinoplasty despite your spasmodic dysphonia. The anesthesiologist or nurse anesthetist should be aware of your condition so they properly maintain your airway during and immediately after the surgery.
