Try: Mixing Hydrocortisone 1% cream and lotrimin (clotrimazole) af cream and apply them 3 times a day. If you change the diaper more than 3 times a day, then use any other diaper cream on the additional diaper changes. If it is better after 3 days, continue the lotrimin (clotrimazole) af for 2 weeks and stop the hydrocortisone. If not better after 3 days then see the doctor.
