It : It sounds as if you may have high blood pressure. I wonder if you have been to a drug store and checked your reading? In any event you need to see a doctor asap as these are all worrying signs of elevated blood pressure and stress on the heart. Go to the er right away if you have sustained chest pain accompanied by shortness of breath, radiation of pain to your neck or arm or rapid heart rate.
