Contact : Contact your regular physician and describe your situation. They may want to do a pregnancy blood test prior to recommending an OB physician (this may be required by insurance in order to get referred to the ob). If you currently see and ob/gyn physician then contact them directly.

Either: Pregnancy tests are pretty accurate. Everyone does not require a blood test to confirm pregnancy. It would likely be quicker to see your regular doctor first. However, many people would schedule their first appointment with the person who will be caring for them during the pregnancy (midwife, obstetrician or family practitioner). Your regular doctor may have some good suggestions for you.
