How old do kids have to be to get a flu shot? i have a 6 month old. is he too young to get a flu shot?

Get vaccine now: The cdc recommends that flu shots can start at 6 months of age. Your child should receive his first dose now, and then he will need another 28 days from the first. This second booster is required when a child is receiving the flu vaccine for the very first time. In subsequent years, only one dose for that year will be needed.
