Breast, melanoma: There does seem to be a correlation between length of time as a flight attendant and increased risk of cancer above the general population, particularly breast cancer and melanoma, as per an icelandic study in 2001. It likely is in part due to increased exposure to cosmic radiation.

Increased risk?: The are several risk factors for the development of cancer.. Environmental exposures (asbestos), tobacco or alcohol abuse, and genetics all play major roles. There is not evidence that altitude contributes to increased risk.
