Hello. : Hello. I don't know the cause of your pain. Pain can radiate to the testes from abdominal sources like renal calculi and hernias. Abdominal pain can sometimes perceed testicular pain in testicular torsion. Here are possible sources of pain: epididymitis; hydrocele; inguinal hernia; kidney stones; testicular injury; testicular torsion; varicocele or a uurinary tract infection. It isn't possible to tell if this from an abdominal or testicular source. Due to the severity of the pain, i recommend you go to the emergency room to be evaluated.
