Hello. : Hello. Day 6. Split personality disorder or disassociative identity disorder are not very common. However, two common causes of marked mood changes can be bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder. Even depression can lead to striking changes in mood. It sound very distressing. I am assuming (right or wrong) from the fact that you are writing in with this question, that you are not under behavioral health care right now. I encourage you to have a comprehensive evaluation by a psychiatrist or a doctoral level clinical psychologist.
