Please be specific: Please be more specific about your GI problems. What are your GI problems? Diarrhea? Constipation? Hemorrhoids? Vomiting? Ulcer? Food allergies or intolerance? Bleeding? Inflammatory bowel disease? There are different precautions for each of these.
