3D whitening strips: You can use over the counter tooth paste or crest 3D whitening strips or pens. However, they are not so effective and/or stable. OTC bleach and whitening tooth paste could be used as a supplement only. A professional teeth whitening without laser, followed by home whitening system with custom trays for the long term effect. You will be very happy with the results.

Effervess O2 Whitening was developed for my patients and is sold out of my dental office and online. 3% Otc works but it has a low ph, effervess O2 is a neutral ph, you simply add it to your toothpaste and brush, Effervess O2 contains Xylitol that has been shown to inhibit plaque growth.
