Remeron (mirtazapine) weight gain: Minimal activity at histamine and 5HT2c receptor is desirable to minimize weight gain. There is a relatively new atypical antipsychotic that may work. It's called Latuda (lurasidone) ( Lurasidone ). Ability is also considered to be weight neutral but many find it is not as effective as Latuda (lurasidone)
