Hello. : Hello. Can not diagnose the source of your blood. When even a small amount of blood drips into a toilet of water, it can look like a large amount of blood. Bleeding can come from many different causes: internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, anal fissures, polyp, fistula, constipation. If you have black, tarry, malodorous stool - that is of concern. If you the blood repeats, then it is best to be checked by your doctor to determine the source. Take care.
