However, considering all risk factors, your MOST LIKELY would be metabolic related to type 2 diabetes and/or metabolic syndrome. It is usually also associated with low HDL, elevated non-HDL (VLDL + LDL), and small, dense LDL (pattern B). Responsive to diet and drugs. Good luck!
