Healthtap Doctors: are asked not to endorse specific brands or product lines. Orlistat is one option.

No such thing: One doctor here has endorsed a product., even though we do not do so here. But, there are no potions, pills, or supplements that work to lead you to real or lasting weight loss. Remember sugars cause obesity. Not fats. Exercise and low carb low calorie eating is how you change your life.

OTC products: There is no best "over the counter weight loss product". If you are seeing a doctor regularly I suggest you ask for a referral to a dietitian. Weight loss can also be achieved by appropriate diet -(go on'line and look at "NuVal") - and regular exercise.
