With : With such varied symptoms, this could represent a number of disorders, some serious, some not; and you're right, crohn's and celiac are indeed possibilities. You should definitely be assessed, starting with a gastroenterology consult, a hip xray and some bloodwork. Best of luck.

Celiac disease: Celiac disease is diagnosed by a combination of lab tests and endoscopic biopsies. Your symptoms could be gastritis or an ulcer vs. Less likely celiac disease. You should see a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
