Try : Try vick's vapour rub on his feet and cover with socks, especially for naps and bedtime. If he has a fever greater than 101.5 degrees, decreased appetite or activity levels, or is coughing up a colored sputum, you should take him in to be evaluated, either usual provider's office or urgent care. I would not wait until monday, if his symptoms are not improving.
