Is : Is your pain in both knees? What were the results of the x-rays and mri? Also what treatment were you given?This is important to know before i can even begin to explain why you are having this pain. If i was to guess i would say that you are likely dealing with osteoarthritis, which is a condition that basically results from "wear and tear" of the knee joints, possibly from a lifetime of physical work or sports, etc. There are treatments available; please follow up with your doctor and get all your questions answered.
