Yes: Many women continue to be able to express very small amounts of breastmilk for even years after having a baby and no longer nursing. It's best to check with your ob/gyn though to see if any tests need to be done to rule out any hormonal disorder that may cause you to be high levels of the hormone prolactin.

Lactation: Some pockets of milk can reside in breast tissue after intervals of not breast feeding. If both breasts are involved, oral stimulation during sexual activity may make this occur more frequently. If this is occurring without specific stimulus, and your menstrual cycle is not regular, get a serum prolactin level done by your gyn provider.
