Hello. : Hello. The pregnancy test is likely to be accurate if it was done exactly per the directions. Sometimes, brown (or pink) spotting can be due to implantation of the embryo into the uterine wall. Since you have not had your normal period, recommend that you take a home pregnancy test. Take care.
