You : You are the best judge as to whether you can safely perform your job duties. There are no absolute contraindications to physical use of a "frozen" shoulder.

It : It is not dangerous to work with your frozen shoulder. But it may be too uncomfortable for your shoulder to be in certain positions that your work requires. It would be worthwhile to see a physician who can refer you to a physical therapist that can help stretch your shoulder capsule. Sometimes even a cortisone injection into your shoulder joint is very helpful.
