Counting your period: Great question! a lot of women (and doctors!) get confused about this one. You should count the first day of full flow as day 1 of your cycle. The time from day 1 to the next day 1 should be 25 to 35 days. If your cycle is shorter or longer, please see your gyn or a reproductive endocrinologist for an evaluation. You may have a gyn or hormonal problem.

Cycle intervals: Menstrual period intervals can be normally be 26 to 33 days apart with a mean of 28 days. if your cycle is a 26 -29 day interval if is possible that two periods to can occur in a 30 or 31 day calendar month normally.
