Menstruation: In the first two years, periods can be sporadic, very occasional, or regular. Keep track of your periods on a calendar or your phone for the next few months and review with your doctor.

How can I get my period back if Im not pregnant and its been over 3 months since my last one?
Period has been regular for last few years. Had one 8-15-15, on 9-12-15 I was late bleed light the day after then stopped then spotted 10-11-15 that was brownish color. Been having pregnancy symptoms for last few weeks.
