I had these two skin tags on my neck like 3 or 4 months ago then they formed to be what looks like 2 pimples the two pimples haven't gone away in months

Achrocordon: The skin tags are harmless. Unless it is a cosmetic issue, you may leave these alone. These will fall off on their own in their own time. Wish you good health.
