Try to ensure that you are drinking at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Dizziness can be a migraine headache symptom. Dizziness can occur with congestion that impacts the internal portion of the ear. Dizziness can occur if a person is really hypoglycemic. If your dizziness presents in a manner that makes it feel like things are spinning around you, this could be vertigo.
