Iam 16 weeks pregnant and my stomach has a heart beat what does this mean? iam pregnant and have been feeling this for a few weeks now.

When : When you are pregnant your blood volume almost doubles, therefore you can often times see or feel pulsating vessels, or hear your heartbeat in your ear etc. However there are other things that needs to be ruled out (aneurysm etc.) therefore, you should see your doctor right away to make sure everything is normal.
