Hello. : Hello. Can't diagnose the cause of your pain or bleeding. It could be something simple like internal or external hemmorhoids or an anal fissure. The best to find out is to see your doctor who can diagnose the problem and provide you with treatment options. Take care.

Painful : Painful rectal bleeding most often comes from conditions such as hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or less common rectal fistulas. Keep your bowels soft and regular, and use fiber supplements or stool softeners if you are having constipation. Sometimes a colonoscopy is indicated. It is not possible to know what you have without a physical examination with your doctor, and that would be very important for you to do.
