I : I am glad that you had a medical evaluation, but your symptoms are concerning. Your symptoms appear to be: 1. Constipation but stool with mucous and blood 2. Vaginal blood during bowel movement 3. Pain during intercourse 4. Vaginal discharge these are concerning symptoms and even though you have been seen, please see a doctor who will do a complete exam and be reevaluated.
