Hello, : Hello, i can't diagnose the reason for your bleeding and pain. However, if you are constipated this can rough, dry stool to be pushed agains the mucosa and cause bleeding. Hemrrohoids could be a source of bleeding as could anal fissures. It is important to find out the source of your bleeding, so i recommend that you schedule an evaluation with your physician.
