Short random sharp chest pain i am i diabetic high blood pressure and deal with depressiom

Atypical but ....: Your oain by most accounts sounds non cardiac. But diabetics can have atypical or no chest pain . I routinely check my diabetics for silent ischemia . Diabetics should be treated like non diabetic pts with history of CAD or mi .Go get a stress test.

Have it evaluated: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection. Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.
