Hello. : Hello. You will actually need a thorough medical evaluation to include comprehensive history, physical examination, lab tests and possibly other testing (ie. Maybe colonoscopy) to determine the cause for your nausea, decreased appetite, loose stools and rectal bleeding. If you have not scheduled an appointment with your doctor, recommend that you do so.
