Type of phimosis: Can occur after vigorous masturbation, either from swollen foreskin if uncircumcised, or swollen penile shaft skin if it could be pushed over glans. Swollen skin aound head of penis could give feeling opens retracted into scrotum. Should resolve after skin swelling has subsided.
