There : There may be many causes for this, but if it is not a regular or chronic issues it may be just fatigure. However there can be a specific weakness of an eye muscles or even a lesion in the brain that cannot effect the muscles as well. But if this were the case the problem would most likely not go away. I would see if you notice any recurrence and if you do, see an ophthalmologist right away.

Need more info: If the right eye crosses to the right (laterally), it implies a transient right third cranial nerve weakness. This could be due to a TIA or a migraine variant. I need more information about age, medications, headache history.
