I am having trouble with my eyes... trouble focusing and when i look to the side it feels like i have to refocus...i am also having trouble with dizziness... what is going on, i have never had this it has been four days...?

Time for exam : Because of potential for neurological illnesses that can affect the eye muscles, a detailed history and exam is warranted. E.G myasthenia gravis, botulism, als, drug induced ocular paralysis, multiple sclerosis, CNS tumor, also consider glaucoma, retinal detachment and other eye specific disease.
