Do i have a skin irritation or ring worm? i do stainless steel welding for a living and recently i've noticed something on both hands. its about 1 inch in diameter, round, itchy, and sorta bumpy outside.

Unfortunately : Unfortunately without seeing the lesion and getting more of a history it is difficult to say. If it is itchy then it could be a fungus or a dermatitis/allergy from exposure to an allergen. You could always try an over the counter anti-fungal cream like Clotrimazole twice a day for a few weeks. If that does not work see a doctor. Good luck.
