The : The short answer is... You can't. Most minor malformations like this usually don't cause any problems with walking, running, and otherwise enjoyment of life. As your child grows older, this may cause some problems, like getting a corn on the toe where rubbing occurs, but even this is iffy. The only way to fix things is surgery, and unless it's interfering with your child's ability to walk or is causing pain, i would not recommend surgery until the bones have stopped growing, usually late teens, and then, only if it's causing a problem.
