There : There are many causes for a pain in the butt. Common cause i see is sacroiliitis (si joint pain). Si joint pain is usually felt at back pant pocket. I would discuss this pain with your doctor. Steroid injections, nerve burning or surgery often helps si joint pain. Good luck!
