Not an emergency: What you describe, commonly happens with a pinched nerve from your lower back. If you haven't been seen by your doctor recently, I wiu,d call their office to make an appointment. If that is no possible, a visit to an urgent care would be justified. Feel better

Not necessary: Unless there is a history of medical problems pertinent here, attempting to walk around walk around and if you can and it does not go away then call your doctor. If there develops any muscle weakness, loss of movement, ability to walk, sudden sever headache or other concern then it needs to be seen
