Should i go to the er? i am aprox. 11 weeks pregnant, i am having moderate cramping in my low abdomen. i would call my ob but have not yet found one. this has been going on since i got up at about 630 am and nothing seems to help much.

If : If a patient pain is having pain, spotting, lightheadedness, fever, or new concerns then they should be medically evaluated. Cramping can occur from implantation of the fetus on the uterus at this stage, but if you have severe pain or bleeding then you should be medically evaluated.
