Why is my neck is turning dark & itching profusely ?.. neck is turning dark & skin between breast also getting lil skin tags as well was told onset of diabetes is possible cause ?

Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination in regards to the neck (there are many possibilities such as acanthosis nigricans) so i would see a dermatologist. Read about skin tag treatment at the link below. I hope that helps a little.
