It's : It's hard to give you a definitive answer with such vague symptoms. It almost sounds as if you have some sort of neuropathy. Are you a diabetic? Do you have any lower back issues? Are you taking medication? All of these things can produce the symptoms you're reporting. I would go to a podiatrist, or even start with your primary care physician, both of whom can perform some basic neurological testing which would help point you in the right direction. Good luck.
