This is natural!: Think of it this way: if you notice a difference from when you exercise to when you do not, then you have direct feedback that your body responds well to exercise in your life. This is a good thing. Taking a break is fine, but manage your expectations so you don't feel defeated. When you feel ready to go back to your exercise, your body will respond again, be reenergized, and lose the weight.
