Hello. : Hello. I can’t diagnose your condition. Sometimes the pain from an inflamed appendix can start around your naval initially. The pain usually worsens and then can be felt in the area of the appendix (right lower quadrant of your abdomen). Usually the area is tender when touched. You likely don’t feel like eating if you have appendicitis and you experience nausea, vomiting or a fever. If your pain is fairly severe, i would recommend that you go to the emergency room to be evaluated. If you have appendicitis and hold off on treatment, there is a possibility that the appendix could rupture and infect your abdomen.

Highly : Highly unlikely you have appendicitis without general symptoms like nausea, abdominal discomfort, alterations in your bowel habits, fever. Appendicitis is usually an acute condition that developes over hours to a day or two. If your discomfort is something that has been around for a while, then you more likely have some non emergent situation. I recommend that you be seen by a phyisician and examined if you are bothered.
