Hard to say 4 sure: It does seem that the pain you have is getting worse with time and needs to be evaluated. Depending on how severe the pain is, see your pcp or an emergency doc to give a full history (what the pain feels like, where is it, does it spread anywhere, is it associated with other symptoms or activities...) they will help determine what other tests are needed and then can give a good answer.

Other cause?: For what reason was the surgery done? Did you have actual appendicitis ? Or just right lower quadrant pain? How bad is the pain? What makes it worse? Did the pain you have now pre-date the appendectomy or begin after the surgery? Does food affect it? Activity? What did your surgeon say about the pain? Is it slowly improving or worsening or staying the same? Ovaries? Adhesions?
