Without : Without examining you, it's hard to say whether your back pain is ok or not. Since you are pregnant and because you've had a recent miscarriage, the safest thing for you to do is to call your ob/gyn doctor as soon as possible. Your pain may or may not be related to your pregnancy, but you should have it checked out either way. Good luck!
