BV/Trich infection: Your partner may need to be treated. Also Probiotics are important. I usually recommend 35 Billion daily. Metronidazole, solosec, and clindamycin are the most frequent treatments. So reinfection can be the issue. Your doc ccan also send out a vaginosis panel for comfirmation. As with anything, trichomomas is an STD so partner has it to. Boric acid suppositories are used but mostly yeast
